R|MILLER & Safety go hand in hand. Please meet our General Superintendent Tyler Hale! Tyler has been a part of the R|MILLER family since 2014. He has may responsibilities here at R|MILLER and one of the most important is being our Director of Safety. It is important to maintain an environment where our team feels safe whether on site or in our office. Tyler proactively identifies any potential hazards on the project and makes sure everyone has access to PPE. Weekly safety reports and toolbox talks are conducted, and site safety plans are generated for every project and are kept up to date. Currently R|MILLER is at 691 days with no accidents!
