Ryan is responsible for managing corporate functions at R|MILLER including preconstruction services, operations, human resources, information technology, risk management, marketing, corporate communications, safety and quality control. With 20 years of operations, construction management consulting, general contracting and design-build commercial development experience, he has led teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of market sectors. He ensures that R|MILLER's strategic and tactical business goals are met and come together to generate powerful and efficient solutions for our clients.

Rob founded R|MILLER over 40 years ago, and credits the success of his company to delivering on commitment. Integrity and relationship-building have earned him industry respect and a repeat client base. In addition to his extensive knowledge of commercial, office, industrial, and retail construction, Rob understands that a company is made up of more than an individual. He has assembled a team of highly capable and motivated professionals specializing in all phases of commercial construction. Rob lends his expert leadership and high-level supervision to project managers on every R|MILLER project.


Mike joined R|MILLER following his time as a practicing Partner and CPA at Moss Adams. He oversees all of R|MILLER’s financial services, and is a proactive and valued contributor to the company’s strategic planning efforts. He is responsible for maintaining, at the highest level, the finance and accounting components of R|MILLER including cash management, investments, internal audit and financial reporting. With nearly 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mike is the steady hand on the financial pulse of the company.
