As of last month, September 2021, we have completed construction on this 95 unit, 85,000 square foot multi-family project! We finalized eighteen days ahead of the project schedule! This Lower Queen Anne neighborhood project includes a rooftop garden amenity space, a “Sky Lounge” overlooking Elliott Bay, retail and an interactive ground level art gallery. The project team navigated construction through the pandemic season and successfully turned over the project early to the client while remaining under budget.
