R|MILLER Inc performed the tenant improvement of WildFin American Grill’s Tacoma location within a new 6,052-square-foot shell. The building was provided by Point Ruston Development and occupies part of the new waterfront expansion in Tacoma’s Point Ruston neighborhood: a complex comprised of condominiums, a movie theatre, and other retail services. Preconstruction services during the project’s development phase were offered along with several value-engineered finishes, resulting in sweeping views of Puget Sound from the Northwest-inspired dining room and bar.  The restaurant’s outdoor amenities add an additional 4,100 square feet and include an outdoor walk-up fish bar, patio bar, and outdoor dining.
