R|MILLER was engaged to work on a new 1,800-square-foot tenant improvement during Phase II of the Village at Totem Lake development in Kirkland, Washington. Our team collaborated with Graham Baba Architects from preconstruction to design-build MEP to bring to life the architect and designer's vision for this restaurant space.
