Tipsy Cow Burger Bar

Tipsy Cow's Redmond, Washington location began as a design-build collaboration with the architect and owner.

Preconstruction services included reviewing the design documents at different stages and performing value engineering research and pricing. Once a contract was written that included a realistic scope, budget and schedule, the tenant improvement work began. The project’s scope included mechanical, electrical and plumbing preconstruction and installation services, non-structural partitions, restrooms, kitchen equipment coordination, new finishes, and the installation of furniture and equipment, including a specialized keg cooler, purchased by the owner. It was a pleasure working with such a cohesive team to make this restaurateur's dream a reality.

Budget: $552,000

Schedule: 4 months
