The Pass Life

High elevation and inclement weather are never ideal conditions for construction, but R|MILLER Inc was able to complete The Pass Life commercial building on time, allowing tenants to move in early. We performed the shell and core construction of the building, a post and beam structure with steel columns and wood beam construction. Work included, but was not limited to, concrete flat work, steel, finish and rough carpentry, roof system, exterior windows and doors, specialized finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, fire sprinkler system, and a fire alarm system.

For the restaurant build-out, we erected from an existing foundation, building a space which included a bar area, dining area, and commercial kitchen. What really lends the Commonwealth its uniqueness are the finishes: long spline walls, corten steel, and a rust-like wall texture. Large communal tables and shelving behind the bar made from traffic signs gives the place an easy feel, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.
