R|MILLER Inc began the construction of a manufacturing facility and offices for aerospace and defense company Systima Technologies in January 2020. Located in Snohomish, Washington, the project consists of two tilt-up concrete buildings totaling 86,110 square feet. R|MILLER is providing constructability reviews and design assistance for both the manufacturing facility and tenant improvements. The shell was completed in September 2020.
