R|MILLER Inc built the fourth Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar location in Olympia, Washington, transforming a restaurant space in the Olympia Capital Mall into its latest incarnation. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing were planned via design-build and coordinated through R|MILLER. Preconstruction services included design review and layout, assessment and salvaging of existing equipment, and demolition of the space. By saving functional equipment and using existing systems, we were able to minimize costs and bring the project in under budget, ahead of our three previous Stack 571 projects.
