R|MILLER worked with the architects at Hinge Studio for the design-build of a high-end tasting room for Mullan Road Cellars in Woodinville, WA. This project involved the interior tenant improvement of a 1,681-square-foot space within a 246,113-square-foot mixed-use building. The space is designed to function as a wine tasting room and private lounge with a support office, kitchen/scullery, storage, and outdoor patio including heated spaces for guests to relax.

In addition to construction, our team provided preconstruction and virtual design services, and helped our client and the design team create custom cut-wood wall art of the vineyards where their grapes are produced using a C&C machine.
