R|MILLER Inc was selected for this 6,100-square-foot tenant improvement based on past performance, and was brought on board at the preconstruction stage to review design documents and perform value engineering research and pricing. Scope of work included mechanical, electrical and plumbing, installation services, non-structural partitions, restrooms, and kitchen equipment coordination. Finishing touches included the installation of owner-supplied fixtures and furnishings, all of which came from Mexico, including the fire pits and wall tiles. R|MILLER was proud to assist in the transformation of this restaurant into something truly authentic.
