R|MILLER Inc completed the shell and core construction of a 3,520-square-foot retail building at Lynnwood Crossroads, a shopping complex just off Highway 99 in Washington. Work included a freestanding steel structure with metal panels, brick façade, and steel and glass canopies. Inside, we installed rough-in MEP and finishes. The completed building consists of three tenant spaces, now occupied.
