This project consisted of an interior tenant improvement of 1,305 square feet within a 246,113-square-foot mixed-use building. Designed as a high-end wine tasting room for L'Ecole, the tenant improvement included office space, a kitchen, storage, and an outdoor patio. R|MILLER worked closely with ownership to find a unique caulk board countertop material for a modern take on the countertops in the Walla Walla schoolhouse at L'Ecole's flagship location.
