Meriwether Partners LLC selected R|MILLER to assist with the tenant improvement of King County’s Department of Permitting and Environmental Review in Snoqualmie, Washington. Our team collaborated with King County’s Facilities Management Division and Mithun Architects to develop a project scope and budget that aligned with the client’s desired move-in date. Work included interior demolition and construction of office spaces, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and modifications to existing fire protection and life safety systems. The building incorporated sustainable design features such as reclaimed wood counter tops, low VOC paints and adhesives, efficient energy management controls, and a layout that capitalized on natural light sources. This eco-friendly project was delivered on time and within budget.
