Humana Healthcare

This 9,000-square-foot project involved tenant improvements to a medical office space in Federal Way, Washington. Preconstruction services included early design coordination, cost review and input, materials coordination, and value engineering. The scope of work included demolition of the entry, acoustical ceilings, and floating floors in preparation for the tenant improvements, and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler system reconfiguration. The build out featured a new reception area, private offices, conference room, break room with a kitchen, education room, and server room. Sustainable materials were used throughout construction, including low VOC interior finishes, and the project was completed within budget and by the tenant move-in date.

Budget: $639,000
