Hilliard's Brewery

Opened in 2011, Hilliard's was a small craft brewery and taproom in Ballard, Washington. The 6,000-square-foot project involved interior improvements and MEPF upgrades to a warehouse built in 1947. Pre-construction services included material selection support, cost analysis, scheduling, and design coordination and refinement. A complete demolition of the existing finishes and interior, the re-grade and pour back of slab and drainage systems, and installation of new racking and mechanical systems allowed the historic building to support the equipment necessary for beer production. After being acquired by Odin Brewing, Hilliard's has since moved, but the space remains as a turnkey brewing operation, now occupied by Lagunitas.
