R|MILLER was awarded the interior tenant improvement of a 5,738-square-foot space for Fidélitas Wines. Located within a new 19,910-square-foot commercial building, in Woodinville, Washington, construction included public and private wine tasting and dining rooms, restrooms, support offices, kitchen/scullery, storage, and 1,800 square feet of elevated patio space.

To give the Fidélitas tasting room a unique depth and luminosity, the walls were coated in a limewash application which created surfaces that are mottled and matte with a chalky texture similar to suede. This combined with extensive use of raw woods and steel throughout the facility make the space a stunning visual treat for visitors.
