The Owners of Dué Cucina sought out R|MILLER Inc.’s services for their 3rd restaurant located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Seattle under a negotiated contract.  Challenges included a working in a 74 year old building that including abatement of hazardous materials and bringing many elements up to current code.  The Owners engaged in a pre-construction agreement before construction start to identify project challenges with existing conditions through virtual modeling and value engineer to keep within a targeted budget.
