DeLille Cellars

DeLille Cellars hired R|MILLER to revitalize and expand a 30,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Redhook Brewery for their new headquarters in Woodinville, Washington. We were introduced to the project early to help the owner and design team establish scope, determine feasibility, and identify potential risks. Using schematic information and placeholders for undefined work, R|MILLER assisted in the creation of a budget that we continually updated throughout 27 design revisions and 42 scope of work allowances as the owner and architect refined the project vision. Work included the addition of a new steel-frame expansion to the old brewery area which we converted into a wine production facility. Existing second-floor offices dedicated to business operations were renovated and a three-story tower was built, featuring new retail space and a new rooftop deck for private events and wine-tasting.

Budget: $6,000,000

Schedule: 16 months

Architect: Hinge Studio
