R|MILLER was responsible for a series of jobs performed for high-tech Seattle software company Azaleos. The scope of work performed at their first office on Eastlake included a complete demolition of the existing space and full build out, which featured a new wall layout, offices, conference rooms, a server room with cooling systems, and HVAC and electrical upgrades to support their server equipment. Preconstruction services included early design coordination, cost review and input, material coordination, and value engineering. When Azaleos later relocated, R|MILLER performed the full-floor tenant improvement of their new 10,320-square-foot office building. This included meeting rooms and central office space, a reception area with a custom desk, kitchen, and a server room with cooling capabilities.
