Trace 4001

R|MILLER is working with OZ Navigator and Neiman Taber Architects to build a new apartment building, designed as affordable workforce housing within a federally tax favored Opportunity Zone. The complex is home to approximately 197 units at a total of 111,000 square feet. The project consists of eight stories above grade: the first three stories are concrete, and the top five are wood.

Budget: $35M
