This project consisted of a 5,000-square-foot build-out of a brewery, bar and restaurant in a new construction shell. The project’s main challenge was the design-build of the pollution control system for the kitchen and brewery as the establishment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. R|MILLER located the pollution control and ventilation equipment and engaged the structural and consulting services necessary for the design-build. Incorporating proper ventilation prevented the project from disturbing tenants and led to its successful completion.
