The Project Superintendent position is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of activities involved in maintaining and constructing objects, structures and buildings of varying sizes and applications.  The Project Superintendent plans, coordinates and implements means and methods of construction, determines the sequence of activities, coordinates subcontractors, manages personnel and material resources, adheres to budgets, ensures high quality execution and timely project completion and promotes and administers good safety practices.

PROJECT ENGINEER

The Project Engineer position is responsible for supporting Project Director, Managers, other project team members  and Project Superintendents for the projects assigned to them.  Working with the project team, in daily administrative management and documentation of the construction project. Responsibilities include mentoring and training other Project Assistants, reviewing and tracking submittals, requesting supplemental design information, updating design documents, as well as gathering, tracking and managing sub tier project costs.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

The Assistant Project Manager position is responsible for supporting Project Managers and Project Superintendents for the projects assigned to them. Working with the Project Manager and Superintendent, in daily administrative management and documentation of the construction project. Responsibilities include mentoring and training other Project Engineers and Assistants, reviewing and tracking submittals, requesting supplemental design information, updating design documents, as well as gathering and tracking project costs

LABORER

The Laborer position is responsible for cleaning, lifting, carrying, digging, spreading, leveling, demolition, driving and other routine tasks involved in maintaining and constructing objects, structures and buildings of varying sizes and applications.

CARPENTER

The Carpenter position is responsible for maintaining and constructing objects, structures and buildings of varying sizes and applications. Duties include setting forms for foundations; installing floor joists and sub-floors; framing walls; setting roof trusses and rafters; installing roof sheathing, siding, windows and exterior doors; installing wallboard, interior doors, cabinets, millwork, hardware and finish products.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

The project accountant is actively involved in accounts payable, accounts receivable and job cost processes on assigned projects. You will work closely with our project team to manage the financial functions for the project. Please note this is not a remote position
